The planned maintenance on the sandbox environment was successfully completed. The environment was temporarily unavailable from 09:00 to 09:30 BST while we enhanced infrastructure resiliency and security. The sandbox is now operational with improved platform stability and security controls. Production services were not impacted.

This maintenance is now starting as planned.

We’ll be performing planned maintenance on the sandbox environment on Friday, 10 October 2025, from 09:00 to 12:00 BST.
