Our infrastructure provider has informed us that the incident has been resolved. Services appear to be fully recovered and most users should now be able to access the Legl platform again. There may be delays in status updates or report generation.
We’ll continue to monitor and will create a new incident if there are further issues.

Services are recovering and most users should now be able to access the platform again. We are still seeing higher than normal error rates while our infrastructure provider’s service continues to stabilise, so some users may experience occasional issues. There may also be delays in status updates or report generation.

We are currently experiencing an incident affecting access to our service. This is due to a widespread incident at one of our infrastructure providers, which is intermittently preventing traffic from reaching our platform.
All users will be affected, including request made to the Legl API.
