Resolved: Delayed AI summaries on company monitoring alerts

The issue causing delays to AI-generated summaries on company monitoring alerts has now been resolved. Alert summaries are processing normally again.

We’re working through a higher than usual volume of company alerts from a third party data partner, which has created a backlog in our AI summary processing.

What firms will see on the Monitoring page:

• A spike in new company alerts (after a quieter than usual period)
• AI summaries delayed when opening an alert
• Today’s updates not yet reflected in the new company monitoring dashboard

All alert data is being captured as normal - only the AI summaries and dashboard refreshes are running behind. There is no impact to firms’ end clients.

We expect the backlog to be cleared by tomorrow and will post a further update once everything is caught up.
