What’s happening
The backlog of CDD reports has now been worked through and everything is back to normal. All reports that were stuck in “processing” have completed.
What this means for you
Newly run checks and screenings are completing as expected.
Any reports that were previously delayed are now available in your dashboard.
There is no impact on your clients — no data was lost, only delayed.

What’s happening
Following the issue earlier today, the majority of reports that were stuck in “processing” have now been caught up. CDD reports are the final group still being worked through.
Why
The fix is in place. We’re working through the remaining reports gradually to keep the platform running smoothly for everyone while the backlog is processed.
What this means for you
Newly run checks and screenings are completing as normal.
Proof of Address, company reports, business sanctions, monitoring, NFC and Source of Funds reports have all been caught up.
CDD reports are the only group still pending. Due to the volume, these will be cleared overnight to avoid further disruption during working hours.
No data has been lost — affected reports will complete automatically as the backlog clears.
When it will be fixed
We expect everything to be back to normal by start of day tomorrow. We’ll post a final update once the CDD backlog has been cleared.

Part of the system that produces these reports was temporarily not working as expected.
